Google is retiring the old Gmail web feature that continuously pulled mail from third-party accounts via POP, and third-party “Send as” on Gmail web is also being phased out. Our setup is designed around the options Google is continuing to support.
Gmail mobile app: connect your business mailbox with IMAP so you can read and send from the Gmail app on supported phones/tablets.
Personal Gmail forwarding: when desired, new incoming business email can be forwarded to your personal Gmail inbox.
Desktop clients: Outlook, Apple Mail and other IMAP/SMTP clients can keep multiple accounts in one app.

What “free Gmail setup” means
For eligible plans, we provide configuration guidance for the Gmail mobile app using your business mailbox credentials and mail-server settings. We can also configure forwarding where appropriate.
Important: this email hosting is not Google Workspace. Google can change Gmail integration policies, so we avoid promising permanent third-party sync inside Gmail on the web.

- Bulk marketing/newsletters: use a dedicated email marketing platform. Shared business mailboxes should not be used for mass campaigns.
- Unlimited storage: mailbox quotas depend on available hosting resources and agreed allocation.
- Google Workspace features: Docs, Drive, Meet and native Gmail-web domain hosting are separate services.
- Guaranteed inbox placement: SPF/DKIM and good practices help, but no provider can guarantee every message avoids spam.

Business email questions
Yes. Active managed-hosting clients can have up to 5 business email accounts set up on their hosted domain at no extra email-plan charge. Hosting itself is billed separately under your hosting arrangement.
On mobile, the Gmail app can continue to use third-party accounts through standard IMAP. For incoming mail on the web, forwarding to a personal Gmail account is possible. Google's old continuous POP-fetch and third-party web “Send as” workflows are being retired, so we do not market those as permanent features.
They can be provisioned as individual mailboxes, but final storage quotas and sending limits depend on the hosting resources and server policy. If your organization has heavy daily email volume, large attachments or advanced compliance requirements, we will recommend a dedicated email platform instead of overselling shared-hosting email.
No. This is managed domain-email hosting designed for professional mailboxes and common mail clients. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 include broader productivity and collaboration suites and are priced differently.
No. Business mailboxes are for normal person-to-person and operational business email. Bulk marketing should run through a dedicated newsletter/transactional email platform to protect your domain reputation and respect sending limits.
